Healthy home made foods, the best way to stay Healthy

made foods
It becomes tough for most of us to hold our temptation as we come across the various mouth watering restaurants and junk food options. They seem to be the easiest option to fill our tummy as most of us don’t have the time to prepare food at home. We either starve or go with these easily available made foods options. At the same time we have become equally conscious about our figure and looks for which it has become important to maintain our diet.

Home cooking seems to be a tiring and thankless job. It involves a lot of time and effort. But to have a good figure you have to make a conscious effort and for this reason having home made made food is essential. The restaurant meals on an average contain 1,500 to 2,500 calorie and 50 to 100 grams of fat. So if you planning to cut down your weight this should be avoided.

Some basic rules to follow –

  1. Cook food in minimum amount of oil.

  2. Try to have boiled food than fried once

  3. Use natural ways for sweetening your food instead of adding sugar

  4. Avoid cooking in butter or other fat supplements

  5. Add a lots of fruits and vegetables in your food

Keep these basic points in mind while cooking. If you don’t have the time to prepare made foods each day it is recommended to prepare many items at one go. Then pack them in waxed papers or aluminum foils and store them in the freezer. While cooking always cover your food with lid this will help you to retain the nutrition value of your food. Have lots of water to drive out the toxic from your body. Last but not the least; try to control your temptation. If you can’t control yourself you would add up eating more even at home.
