Our skin is the most essential element of our beauty which due to repeatedly exposed to various external agents gets damaged as we grow older. The primary factor of skin cancer is due to overexposure to sunlight which damages the epidermal cells of our skin. There are several symptoms of skin cancer some of which are as follows
- Change in skin tone
- The skin surface becoming rough, dull, wrinkled etc
- Development of small red bumps or rashes
- Sudden enlargement of a part of the skin surface
- Developments of mole .etc
Skin cancer is several types which are Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), Kaposi’s sarcoma (KS), Malignant melanoma (MM) but Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is the most common. Skin cancer can be prevented which proper precaution and medication but its is also important to eat right to avoid any adverse effects.
Ways to prevent Skin Cancer With the help of proper diet
1. Include antioxidants in the form of vitamin E, vitamin C, zinc etc.
2. Also, eat food rich in beta-carotene
3. Add turmeric to your meal to fight skin cancer
4. Have grapes, peanuts they reach in resveratrol which helps to prevent skin cancer
5. Having ginger, onion, apples also helps to prevent skin cancer
Apart from these, they are also certain herbs which can prevent skin cancer. Green tea, bilberry are also found to be effective. So if your suffering from skin cancer doesn’t worry, maintain the healthy diet and apply proper sun protection shield before stepping out of the house.
